A project starts with a business analysis. Toghether with the client, we analyze business processes and define the core use cases of the software. Based on this information, we derive a conceptual data model and specify the software requirements. A GUI prototype or user interface sketches facilitate the communication with the client.

The implementation is done iteratively. The functionality of the software is growing continuously over multiple deliveries. This allows a client to get in touch with a running software early and to provide feedback in a timely fashion.
